Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. If you sent the wrong amount, used the wrong network, or paid after your invoice expired, contact us with the transaction ID. We will review it and, where appropriate, return the funds in the coin you paid with, minus network fees. Send only the coin and network shown at checkout: funds sent on a different network or in a different coin may not be recoverable. If you send less than the amount shown, the badge is not granted and you should contact us with the transaction ID.
If we decide not to open the carnival, we will tell VVIP donors by email and offer a refund of the donation, in the coin you paid with, on request.
